Picnics

We know it isn’t always easy to get to pub moots if, for example, you have small children. So why not come along and join us on one of our family-orientated picnics. These are usually (but not always) held at Midsummer and are an ideal opportunity to mix and mingle with other Pagans but not have to worry about who’s going to look after the kids.

We usually have some form of entertainment but we don’t do ritual or anything like that so your non-Pagan friends and family won’t feel out of place if you want to bring them along too. It’s just a nice relaxed day, chilling and chatting whilst (hopefully) basking in the sunshine.

At previous picnics, we’ve played games, danced and sung. Yorkshire’s own Pagan Choir, Pagan Voices have treated us to a medley of chants and folk songs, we’ve listened to stories told by an award winning actress and Briggate Morris have entertained us with their amazing dance routines.
